Missguided may be the best known for its clothing collections but it’s also one of our go-to brands for buying cheap makeup – as well as more expensive items when our bank balance allows. So we’re super excited to learn that its Missguided Beauty range – a huge, own-brand makeup collection featuring a staggering 148 products – is now on sale.

The Missguided Beauty collection dropped on the Missguided site on 12 January.

It will then be able to buy on Superdrug.com from 27 January before launching in Superdrug high-street stores in March. Well, on the basis all stores are fully open by then.

Missguided Beauty

Missguided Beauty contains powders, mascaras, foundations in 25 shades – which isn’t the biggest range on the market but it’s a high number – lipsticks, lip liners, lip glosses, contour sticks, highlighters and freckle pens.

The range is live on the main Missguided beauty page.

This isn’t the first foray into the beauty industry for Missguided. In addition to already selling a huge range of brands including SleekMakeUP (one of the best cheap makeup brands around); Barry M, Maybelline, L’Oreal, Bondi Sands and more, Missguided also sells its own range of perfumes, under its Babe brand.

There is Babe Vibes, Chill Babe, Babe Dreams, Babe Oud, Babe Power and Babe Night. These are available as eau de parfum, as well as body mists (depending on which fragrance you choose.)

If you haven’t explored the Missguided clothing or beauty range before, we recommend it. It’s much more than just a brand for Love Island, and other reality TV stars, to promote on their Instagram.

It’s recently been a champion for body confidence and body positivity. In 2020, it launched its However You Nude campaign to promote body confidence, equality, and sex confidence.

The campaign featured models including Joy Cooper, an advocate for people with ileostomy bags, and Dani St James who is transgender and co-founded the trans youth support charity, Not A Phase’.

“Empowerment is at the heart of what we stand for and while we’re proud of that, it has to be for everyone,” said Missguided founder and CEO Nitin Passi, in a statement at the time.

“This campaign powerfully says who we are and also shows what we aspire to be, not only opening a window into the breadth of what we offer, but also now better covering the skin tones that match the diversity of our customers.”
