UPDATE: The MAC Beauty Advent Calendar from 2022 is sold out – and the brand only recently opened its waitlist for this year’s version.
However, if you’re looking to get your hands on a bundle of MAC products at a discount, MAC has released a range of Mystery Bags.
Each of the four Mystery Bags contains products based around a colour – purple, brown, blue-red, and brick-red. Each bag contains six MAC products and each costs £40, but is worth £90.
Based on the silhouette images on each bag, it looks like they contain lipstick (in the shade that corresponds with the colour of the bag); a mascara, which we assume will be the MAC Stack; a liquid lip, an eyeliner, and a single eyeshadow. It appears that the sixth item is the bag itself.

The MAC calendar is a sell-out every year and while we don’t know exactly what’s inside yet, last year’s calendar was £30 more than the year before and MAC really stepped up its game, so we’re expecting big things for 2023.

The MAC advent calendar 2022 details were as follows:
The 2022 MAC advent calendar cost £165, but it contained goodies worth more than £405. This was £30 more than 2021’s calendar in terms of both price and worth.
